How long will my delivery take?

Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 3 - 7 working days. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.

How much is the delivery charge?

A delivery charge will be calculated based on the type of product ordered and added to your shopping basket. Where more than one product is ordered the highest delivery charge will apply and a discounted delivery charge is made for each additional product ordered. To obtain an exact delivery cost please place the items you are interested in buying in your basket, then click view basket to obtain a total price. You are not required to supply any personal information to obtain a quote in this method.

Non Hazardous products

Products that are Non Hazardous are delivered anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) for a cost of £6.95 for parcels weighing under 18Kg in weight.

Hazardous Products

Products that carry a UN hazard. Agricultural Supply Services Ltd aims to despatch goods quickly and efficiently following your order.

There is no carriage cost charged on orders over £150. On orders less than this, there will be a set charge per item, but carriage will never exceed £6.95 under 18Kg in weight. All prices and carriage are quoted excluding VAT. If we can post your goods for less than quoted at our checkout, we will do so and pass the saving on to you.

We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale in the Agricultural Supply Services web site are in supply, and that you get what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full for it.

No STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGE on orders over £150 ex VAT!

Items that are heavy, bulky, long or a "low value yet heavy" item will carry a DELIVERY SURCHARGE on the first item and each additional item ordered. This allows us to offer products on our website which normally would be uneconomical to sell due to carrier surcharges. These surcharges apply irrespective of order value, and vary according to item.

As it is impossible for us to anticipate what combination of products will be ordered and therefore impossible for the website to calculate the maximum savings possible. If we can deliver your goods for less than quoted at our checkout, we would charge you at the reduced price.
